The Other Place is located on 550 acres. This is a large full family cottage. The cottage is 24X80 feet, two bedroom, great room with TV and VCR, kitchen with microwave, wood stove. It also has a CD player and FM radio. This unit goes for $225 midweek and $300 week-ends. This cottage overlooks the Anderson Valley and Boonville from about 1000 feet. This unit was created from an existing agriculture building and completed in June 1999.

 

Turtle Pond Cottage at Dog Star Ranch. One 650 sq. ft. cabin with full kitchen, bathroom and queen size bed plus addition sleeping loft. Private porch overlooking pond and forest view. Child and Pet Friendly. Quiet country location. Located approximate 6 miles east of Boonville and 4 miles west of Yorkville. $100 per night, continental breakfast available.
