This unit was created from an existing agriculture building and completed in June 1999.

The Highland Ranch. This guest ranch is located at 18601 Van Zandt Resort Raod in Philo, Ca 95466, 707 895-3600. This ranch has cabins scattered around a 125 year old ranch house and nestled among Douglas Fir and Redwood trees. There are a hundred miles of mountain trails and dirt roads perfect for horseback riding, biking or hiking. Many of these trails overlook lakes and vinyards of Anderson Valley. There are three cottages in the apple orchard and a nice large room above the dining room. Each has a porch, bathroom and queen sized bed gas fireplace and ceiling fan.. Weekend rates are $250 per night with a two night minimum. Midweek rates are $175 per night, without the 2 night minimum. This property also has cooking classes.
